Safety plates for behind a door

Toughen-Up’s 2mm plate stops most handguns. Mount the plate on the inside of your door and lo and behold someone won’t just shoot you through the door. The plate is supplied with 6mm holes with which it is screwed to the inside of a door. On either side of the plate one can also insert sliding locks which then make it terribly difficult to break open the door. In a certain sense it is better than a barred door. A lattice door does not hide what is behind the door and the burglar can see what is going on on the other side, where a normal door with the plate and sliding locks hides you and also gives you the opportunity to surprise the burglar.
